Sales Pipeline Visibility & CRM Adoption
- Monitor and report the number of weekly new leads generated by each salesperson.
- Identify and highlight sales opportunities that have not been recorded in the CRM system.
- Measure and report the response time between customer inquiries and submission of IPP quotations, salesperson-wise.
- Monitor CRM activities and raise NCRs, requesting Root Cause (RC) analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), for leads with no interaction for more than two weeks to prevent relationships from becoming dormant.
- Generate customer-wise and salesperson-wise reports on dormant customers and analyze trends.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and report the percentage of opportunities classified as ICP.
- Track and report ICP sales as a percentage of total sales performance.
