Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales cum Business Development Executive with prior experience in the UAE fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and provide market feedback for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in fit-out sales.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and costing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
