What you'll be doing
- Answering customer calls and emails, helping them get what they need quickly
- Preparing quotes and processing orders — we'll train you on our system
- Checking stock, placing supplier orders, and following up on deliveries
- Building relationships with existing customers and welcoming new ones
- Following up on outstanding payments and keeping records neat
- Upselling products and letting customers know about current specials
