Several SDRs from our first cohort have successfully progressed into Account Executive roles, and we are continuing to invest in that path with intent. We operate a high-performance, accelerated career path where SDRs who consistently deliver results can progress into an Account Executive role after six months, based on achieving targets in five out of six months.
