What this role is all about

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads at Infobip. Your mission is to respond fast, qualify effectively, and connect prospects with the right sales or partnership teams. This role is a key entry point into our commercial organization, offering strong exposure to sales, marketing, and our platform.

What you’ll do

  • Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs
  • Qualify prospects via calls, chats, and inbound inquiries
  • Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical to route leads correctly
  • Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives, Mid-Market, or Partners
  • Maintain accurate lead and account data in Salesforce
