Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative , you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”
