Your main job is simple: Every lead should be contacted within 1 minute.


You will speak to webinar leads, organic leads, and interested prospects, understand their situation, educate them, and help them take the next natural step watching the webinar replay, attending the webinar, or booking a 1-1 appointment with the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Call every assigned lead within 1 minute of lead assignment.

2. Speak to prospects confidently and understand their needs, pain points, and goals.

3. Make proper notes and updates in the CRM.

4. Quickly contact webinar no-show leads, organic leads, and inquiry form leads.
