Sales Development Representative – Inbound Italian Market

Responsibilities

  • Qualify incoming leads quickly to identify high‑potential opportunities.
  • Engage HR managers, CEOs and other stakeholders to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Operations to optimise the sales cycle.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot to track and manage leads and support campaign improvement.
  • Develop and refine qualification processes to improve conversion rates.
