SDR Job Description - Focusing primarily on the generation of leads within the core Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) verticals. o Understanding ICP persona and Indentify their pain area and requirements that can be solved with Spectras Attendance / Access Control Solution o Industry wise mapping of ICPs to provide them better understanding of solutions and helping them understand Why its the best suited solution Running Outbound campaigns and managing outreach touchpoints on emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc. to develop communication with Targeted Accounts o One-to-one personalized emails, calls to get the leads to take a meeting with the sales team Proactive follow-ups to bring out requirements for Spectras Attendance / Access Control Solution and arranging meetings/ demos with respective sales teams as per requirement location. o Timely follow ups to get the leads from cold to hot status.
