JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Reach the whole sales team’s revenue targets
  • Build & execute the good sales strategy as well as other sales-related policies including rate cards, discounts, rebates etc.
  • Manage, coach & support each sales member to reach their personal revenue targets
  • Grow a strongly united sales team
  • Bring high potential big clients to the sales team
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships in all functions and areas of the Business. 
  • Participate in all relevant Marketing activities on product promotion.
  • Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.

    • REQUIREMENTS 


  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media sales management 
  • Good at English 
  • Good team management skill
