Job Description

Enea is growing! We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Director with deep CPaaS experience, a strong ecosystem network, and a proven ability to open doors, create urgency, and close new business. You will be expected to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, lead complex consultative sales cycles, and convert strategic prospects into long-term customers.

Role And Key Responsibilities

You will target organisations where real‑time communications can improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, security, and digital experience. Working with product specialists, you will shape commercially compelling solutions, navigate technical and stakeholder complexity, and support customers from initial use case development through integration and scale.
