Our client is a leading education and training organization in Vietnam, currently seeking a member to join their team:

Directly partner with the Board of Management (BOM) in overseeing and scaling two core business lines

a strong combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and business development capability to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Strategy & Business Management

Take ownership of business growth in alignment with agreed revenue and profitability targets.

Partner with BOM to shape long-term strategic direction, annual objectives, and execution roadmaps.

Develop and refine business models, including SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks.

Monitor business performance on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly), with focus on revenue, cost efficiency, and profit optimization.
