My client is looking for a seasoned Sales Director with more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.

Compensation: Up to 150K basic + benefits, commission, and car.

Must have

• 10+ years of experience in commercial property management.


• Genuine hunter – this is a new business acquisition role.


• Consistent prospecting with proven track record.


• Highly driven and target-oriented.


• Ability to maximize revenues and grow the commercial property register.


• High standards of service and presentation.


• Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.


• Strong organization and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
