Job Description

The Sales Director- Health Plan will report directly to the VP of Sales – Health Plan and have responsibility to develop and grow health plan business to exceed sales goals for Vatica Health and Cozeva’s risk adjustment and platform solutions in a defined territory. The Director will be responsible for managing a territory and driving business results, sales activities, and cross functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and a history of solid quota attainment.



Responsibilities:

+ Achievement of defined business segment bookings, revenue, and margin targets.  


+ Development and execution of a business plan and sales strategies that aligns with the overall business strategy.
