Sales Director – Managing Director Designate


Our client is a well-equipped printer with an excellent reputation in the industry.


With retirement on the horizon, the current managing director is looking for a senior salesperson to continue bringing in new business while learning the ropes of the organisation with the view of leading from the front in 18 months’ time.


It is important that the successor has an established contact base and can bring new business to the company.


Responsibilities



  • Support long-term growth and sustainability of the client by devising and implementing a sales strategy.

  • Set revenue targets and key performance indicators.

  • Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.

  • Drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Bring fresh ideas to improve company turnover.
