Job Description

A boutique alternatives firm is now looking to grow out their London office with the addition of several senior Sales Directors to join their team. This strategy is on an upward trajectory for the business and they are looking for a driven Sales candidate for this hire.

Working side by side with the Head of Distribution, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with institutional and wholesale clients. This includes:

  1. Driving sales and growth for the firm, generating new business across a broad range of credible investor types.
  2. Independently execute the Sales priorities and activities, including direct prospecting, conference attendance, roadshows, and campaigns.
  3. Managing the Sales pipeline effectively.
  4. Able to take ownership and autonomy, successfully raising capital and retaining investors.
