About the job Sales Director - Valenzuela
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages, sells, and promotes inventories of all FLI projects
- Finds effective strategies to gain leads and convert them into prospective clients
- Establishes and manages a strong network locally and maintains sales quota.
- Ensures the quality of accounts (including requirements, documentation, etc.)
- Renders overall customer service
- Oversees all sales activities and monitors productivity and activation of SalesManagers and Sales consultants.
- Support sales managers in the recruitment of quality sales consultants
Qualifications:
- With more than 5 years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
- With a ready team of at least 3-5 Sales Managers with 5 real estate salespersonsupon joining
