Sales Enablement Program Manager (AECO – APAC Region)
Drive Trimble’s performance by designing and implementing enablement programs for the AECO segment across APAC. Lead initiatives from onboarding to strategic sales skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end enablement programs across APAC, including onboarding, skills development, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Partner directly with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and translate business needs into practical, outcome‑driven learning experiences.
- Spearhead the design and launch of role‑based onboarding for sellers, presales, and SDRs to ensure rapid time‑to‑productivity.
- Manage Subject Matter Experts to extract critical inputs and ensure delivery of high‑quality, impactful training content.
- Track and report on program adoption and readiness, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.
