Job Description
Role Overview: To provide sales, operational and coordination support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Motor Body Repairer silo within the Market Research department. This role supports sales execution, customer service, data administration, documentation workflows and cross-team coordination. The successful candidate should have a strong passion for the motor industry, customer experience and understanding consumer behaviour within the automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage contracts, quotes, purchase orders and renewal documentation.
Track contract signatures, procurement processes and renewal cycles.
Support onboarding of new customers including account setup, login creation and training coordination.
Maintain and update billing files for Market Research products.
Coordinate with internal teams including Support/Admin, Specs, Product, Analytics, Dev and Finance.
Schedule internal and external meetings and prepare meeting packs...
