Technical & Site Experience
- Experience in a construction company or related industries (e.g., electrical, mechanical, building materials, property management, or technical services).
- Able to read drawings and take accurate site measurements
- Comfortable conducting site inspections
- Able to identify potential water entry points
- Can recommend practical installation locations
- Able to coordinate with installers and site teams
Consultative Sales Approach
- Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Comfortable asking diagnostic questions
- Understands client problems before recommending solutions
