Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in direct selling of industrial equipment or technical products to end-users in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to engage in continuous learning and comfortable performing technical calculations for equipment sizing.
• Competitive, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a customer’s organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting solutions to customers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining committed to meeting sales goals.
• Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working in the field, including visiting manufacturing plants and meeting customers.
• Must be able to drive to customer sites....
