- Receives inquiries from customers via phone calls, emails or fax for price quotations or product verifications, purchase orders, government bids, and changes or cancellations directly from customers.
- Responds immediately to customer inquiries or information needs and provides positive, courteous services to customers; answers questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery led time, warranty period, customer services and credit arrangement. - Submit quotation to customers and follow-up, if necessary.
