Job Description
- Evaluate plan drawings / layout issued by client.
- Prepare design through manual and computer aided (e.g. Heat Load, Short Circuit calculation) techniques.
- Prepare layout for electrical or mechanical works as the case may be.
- Send inquiries to suppliers for quotation of equipment.
- Coordinate with client regarding design, requirement or other issues concerning design.
- Consider the quality, environmental, safety and health issues in design.
- Complete bid documents.
- Coordinate with Project Manager upon award of contract, any changes in design or other requirements.
- Visit actual site to check on available utilities.
- Performs other related work as required.
