Responsibilities- Support the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service to drive team revenue.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely information and resolving issues effectively.
- Prepare accurate and timely proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in trade shows and events to promote products and generate sales leads.
