Sales Engineer is responsible for combining technical knowledge and sales skills to offer the company’s products and services to potential and existing customers. This role’s focus is to understand customer needs, present solutions and contribute to overall sales process.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking and cold calling; generate leads and build a sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales and Product Presentation: Introduce the company to potential customers; conduct product presentations including services offered; address customer questions and concerns related to products and services; attend, host, and network with potential and existing customers at industry events.
