Responsibilities
- In charge of generating new leads
- Responsible in providing professional services to the existing and new clients through consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.
- In charge of establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients by regularly updating them with company’s new products and introducing innovative solutions
- In charge of providing continuing pre-sales and post-sales support in managing and meeting their expectations.
- In charge of developing and customising relevant materials and presentations that explain key product features and viable technical solutions to benefit clients and prospects.
