Relationship Management & Business Development
- Stay in touch with past & current customers.
- Monitor project status and quality
- Search for potential clients thru market saturation and market data research gathering.
- Initiate and perform commercial and technical presentations
- Initiate accreditation procedures
- Conduct technical meetings and product demonstration with customers
- Respond to inquiries from customers
Sales & After Sales Service
- Prepare price costing for price costing for supply and service proposals.
- Prepare and submit proposals
- Perform customer visits
- Coordinate details with various department to address customer requirements
- Submit activity reports thru CRM in a timely manner
- Development of long-term business relationships with customers
- Ensure successful project completion from start to end
