Job Description

Responsibilities:
. Developand execute account strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer loyalty
. Serveas the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
. Buildstrong, consultative relationships with customer decision-makers andinfluencers
. Identifycustomer challenges and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effectivesolutions
. Monitoraccount performance, sales pipelines, and key metrics
. Promote and propose Trane Chiller/CDU/FWU/Controlssolutions to Data Center
consultants and owners
. Supportbid responses, specifications review, project scoping, and value engineeringrecommendations, and tender follow-up
. Leadcontract negotiations, renewals, and business reviews
. Coordinatecross-functional support (sales, service, engineering, operations, finance)
. Preparetechnical presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, and product/system educationsessions for consultants and other end‑users
