Salary Range: $47,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
A Sales Event Coordinator establishes, develops and maintains sales activities and relationships with Clients. Sales Event Coordinators are responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring positive clients experience and generating new sales opportunities.
What will you be doing?
- Prospect and target new business opportunities and leads via phone, in person, email and networking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, arrange and confirm all event details with client prior to the event
- Effectively sell and book venue meeting space and catering both onsite at Bingemans Conference Centre and off Premise
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients with a key understanding of the client’s needs
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for clients
- Work and communicate effectively with all operational departments
