Preferred Qualifications:- Availability to work weekends (5-day work week, Monday to Sunday rotation)
- Proven experience in the hospitality, hotel, or healthcare sector
- Strong background in luxury service or VIP client sales
- Conduct personalized consultations with VIP clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service recommendations
- Assist in full sales and customer service setup for the pre-opening phase
- Work together with the Sales and Guest Relations Teams
- Execute strategies to drive room sales and client acquisition
- Promote and grow the client base for high-end SPA programs
