Responsibilities


  • Provide business operation support to channel/dealer clients in the Vietnam market, manage projects (handle customer inquiries, quotations, sample deliveries, order follow-ups, and coordinate various tasks during business execution to ensure high customer satisfaction with delivery times and services), and offer technical application and support for window and door products.
  • Expand the Vietnam and surrounding markets, organize commercial information for the Vietnam market, and regularly follow up and maintain work.
  • Regularly collect market data, identify potential markets and customer situations, develop marketing plans and service tracking, and respond promptly to customer needs to achieve cooperation.

    • 1. 为越南市场的渠道/经销商客户提供业务运营支持，管理项目（处理客户查询、报价、样品交付、订单跟进，并在业务执行过程中协调各种任务，以确保客户对交货时间和服务的满意度高），并向客户提供门窗产品的技术应用和支持。


    2. 扩大越南及周边市场，组织越南市场商业信息，并定期进行后续跟进和维护工作。
