Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction industry (residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects)
- Promote and sell construction products such as cement, aggregates, waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other building materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and distributors
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with internal teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the territory
- Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming construction activities
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products
