Purpose of the Job
To maximize sales by taking new orders and reaching out to potential customers in the showroom to surplus the business.
Job Accountabilities
- Visits potential customers in the field to sell products, follows up on previous sales calls, creates business and negotiates strategies.
- Generate GTVs for goods transferred vouchers for signature by senior manager and GRVs for goods received vouchers.
- Arrange PDIs (pre‑delivery inspections) by the workshop as instructed by sales manager.
- Generate requisitions and forward to the procurement department.
- Monitor and maintain stocks in showroom.
- Arrange deliveries of equipment and vehicles.
- Coordinate with sales team and service centre and principal for effective customer care.
- Handle telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability as well as warranty matters.
