We’re looking for ambitious and confident Sales Executives to handle warm inbound enquiries and guide customers through selecting the right health, life or income protection insurance. This is a fully phone-based, consultative sales role with no cold calling . What You’ll Do
Speak with customers who have requested quotes online
Complete fact-finds and understand needs, budgets and medical history
Use a market-leading quoting system to compare policies
Recommend suitable insurance products
Work towards achievable KPIs (quality, referrals, cancellations)
Salary & Commission£35,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission – realistic £50k–£70k OTE
Top earners £100k+
Quarterly percentage increases based on performance (15% → 25% → 30%)
