Earnings:
£30,000 base salary + uncapped commission with experience (commission paid on lifetime residual margins, offering strong long-term earning potential)
£25,000 base salary + uncapped commission without experience, but with the right sales mentality (commission paid on lifetime residual margins, offering strong long-term earning potential)
