Sales & Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer enquiries related to home EV charger supply and installation
- Follow up with leads and prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other assigned channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions
- Explain product features, charging considerations, and installation requirements in a clear and professional manner
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the sales process from enquiry to confirmation
Sales Coordination & Conversion
- Prepare and support quotations, proposals, and customer follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal teams for site inspection arrangements, technical clarification, and scheduling
