Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and nurture existing clients.
- Perform consultative selling and lead discovery conversations to understand client needs.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree holder or at least 2nd year in college
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative/discovery-based selling
- End-to-end sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
