Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, event orders and related sales documentation.
- Follow up on bookings, confirmations, payments, deadlines and outstanding client requirements.
- Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with clients and internal departments to ensure timely action and closure.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation and sales records for all assigned accounts and events.
- Update and maintain sales databases with accurate lead, booking, package and event information.
