Responsibilities
- Receive the customer and engage with them to understand their requirement.
- Introduce various product offerings to the customers and facilitate their buying decision.
- Prepare estimate of selected products and complete the sales transaction.
- Achieve category-wise sales target for the allocated section.
- Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of opening stock and closing stock in the allocated section.
- Monitor the stock in the section and ensure adequate stock for sales.
- Report the sold stock in the section for reordering to the sales manager for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor dead stock and liaise with the store manager to minimise it.
- Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter following hygienic standards.
