Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through market research, agencies, and new sales channels
- Drive sales and collection targets, ensuring strong retention of key and high-value accounts
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with existing customers while onboarding new strategic clients
- Closely track key account performance to maximize revenue, returns, and customer value
