An opportunity has arisen for a SALES EXECUTIVE to join a well-known, privately owned motor group and represent an exciting manufacturer of tech-integrated SUVs with a blend of innovation and style.
Applicants will need to have experience in car sales and be able to demonstrate a passion for great customer service.
Regular activities will extend to:
- Taking customers through the sales process, identifying their perfect vehicle
- Proactively following up leads by telephone and online, converting them to appointments.
- Presenting the full product range, utilising a well-developed knowledge of the to provide the highest standards of customer service – discussing equipment, prices, specifications, technical details and finance offerings
- Conducting demonstration and test drives to build desire and highlight suitability
- Appraising part exchange vehicles to ascertain accurate market valuations. ...
