- Drive sales activities in assigned regions.
- Manage and grow in distributors
- Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to the RSM and HOD
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma holders with relevant FMCG experience
- FMCG knowledge in modern trade and general more than 5 years
- Multilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay (Mandarin is the common language used between internal and external parties
- Must possess valid driving license & has own transport
