Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell freight forwarding services including air freight, ocean freight, project cargo, and bulk shipments to existing and prospective customers;
- Proactively identify, hunt, and develop new business opportunities;
- Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable shipping and supply chain solutions;
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth;
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within agreed timelines;
- Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Prepare regular reports on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance;
- Ensure compliance with Customs procedures and relevant trade regulations.
