Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales gallery, including visitor handling, on-site sales activities, and customer engagement with the appointed agencies.
- Attend to all sales enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads, and others) by providing accurate, updated, and compelling project information/data on the source of leads.
- Assist buyers throughout the entire purchasing journey, including unit selection, contract signing, mortgage application support, and after‑sales matters.
