Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Generate new business for service and parts through proactive outreach, including cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-up
- Focus on selling Planned Maintenance and Service Maintenance contracts, with secondary emphasis on additional products and services
- Deliver accurate pricing information and negotiate customized service agreements effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation promptly
- Communicate customer needs to the service department and adhere to company policies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities such as battery sales, product overhauls, rentals, and support accessories
