- Preferred with renovation sales experience & products.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Deliver presentations on company products.
- Communicate well with the company production department.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with Interior designers and end-user customers.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Experience with MCST of Condominium is a plus.
- Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing promotions, sharing of market intel, and the customer's feedback and requirements.
- Communicate effectively among inter-department to ensure successful service delivery.
