Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend to the walk-in customer on mobile phone enquires, purchase, or any assistance needed
- Support inquiry on social platform like Carousell and WhatsApp for order inquiry
- Deliver high quality and standards of service to customer
- Proactively approach customer
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum O Level or SPM Form 5
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Telco sales related products
- Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude
- Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality
- Proficient in MS Office
- 5.5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays)
