Nasoft is currently seeking a Sales Executive SMB to join our client’s team. This role plays a key part in driving sales, engaging with small and medium businesses, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, lead conversion, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound sales activities for SMB clients through tele-sales.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and qualify them effectively.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to identify prospects’ needs and match them with suitable solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to guide clients toward conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, daily call quotas, and pipeline KPIs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
