- Conduct Sales Visits to Corporate Accounts. Handle Social Events Weddings, Debut etc.
- Achieve Sales Quota. Actively/aggressively convert catering business from the market segment assigned.
- Participate in the actual implementation of sales programs and activities (sales blitzes, mini and grand wedding food tastings, bridal fairs, sales blitzes, cocktails, parties and luncheons).
- Assists in creation of Connoisseur Catering packages for onsite and outsider catering based on information gathered from the market and competition.
- Supports the Operations and Culinary team in the planning and execution of each event. Should be present during the event to coordinate with the operations team, culinary and the client/event coordinator.
