- Present and explain products/services to customers clearly and professionally
- Handle the full sales process: introduction, quotation, follow-up, and closing
- Plan customer visits, appointments, and manage sales-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation, customer service) to ensure smooth workflow
- Visit upcountry sites when required
- Provide after-sales service and respond to customer issues promptly
- Other tasks assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a B2B Sales Executive, Project Sales or office product sales
- Conversational High level in English, both speaking & writing, for communication with customers and Japanese Manager)
